These terms cover the use of this website. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before any project begins.

1. This website

kd4tech.com is published by KD4Tech LLC. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others.

2. What this site is not

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or professional advice. A price only exists once it is in a written statement of work signed by both parties.

3. Client engagements

• Each project is defined by a written statement of work: scope, price, and dates.
• On final payment, intellectual property in the delivered work transfers to the client.
• Either party may end an engagement in writing; work completed to that point is invoiced and delivered.

4. Our products

Spawnr and Tendril are brands owned by KD4Tech LLC. Each is governed by its own terms, published with the product. These terms do not apply to them.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KD4Tech LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under a signed statement of work is capped at the fees paid under it.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
