Refund Policy

This policy applies to KD4Tech products bought through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record.

1. Fourteen days, no questions

If a product is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and that payment is refunded in full. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal.

2. After fourteen days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, including for the unused part of a billing period. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.

3. How to ask

Email support@kd4tech.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or to cancel that the law where you live gives you.
